Overview

Mahmood Kawany is a partner in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and based in the firm’s Frankfurt office. He is admitted to practice in Germany as well as in England and Wales.

He focuses on M&A and private equity transactions. Mahmood advises corporate clients, private equity sponsors and other financial investors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions (including buyouts, growth and minority investments, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations).

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mahmood worked for an international German law firm and a high-end U.S. law firm in their private equity/M&A departments.
