Overview

Dana Kromm is the Chair of the San Francisco Corporate Department and is a partner in the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practices at Paul Hastings.

Dana has over 20 years of experience representing private equity funds and corporate clients in public and private merger, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, complex carve-out acquisitions, minority investments, and corporate partnering transactions. Her experience includes representing clients in transactions with significant cross-border elements.  Her experience has spanned industries, but she has a particular emphasis on the technology, life sciences and fintech sectors.  According to Chambers Global 2023, one source said "[She] exhibits strength in private equity transactions as part of a diverse corporate offering. She is experienced in handling domestic and cross-border deals on behalf of private equity funds and their portfolio companies.”
