Paul Hastings Advises Vector Capital Management in Growth Buyout of SingleStore

Paul Hastings LLP advised Vector Capital Management, a private equity firm with a nearly three-decade track record leading transformational investments in established technology businesses, in an agreement to lead a growth buyout of SingleStore Inc., the leading data platform for enterprise AI.
Private Equity partner Dana Kromm led the Paul Hastings team, which also included Private Equity partner Kelly Padgett and Global Finance partner Holly Snow, as well as associates Maggie Chou, Anna Hardcastle, Danique McGowan and Deyvid Madzharov.
