Paul Hastings Advises SWHY Financing and Other Underwriters in Zhida Technology’s Hong Kong IPO and Global Offering

Paul Hastings (Hong Kong) LLP advised Shenwan Hongyuan Financing Services Co., Ltd. (“SWHY Financing”) — the sole sponsor, overall coordinator, joint global coordinator, joint bookrunner and joint lead manager — and other underwriters on the HK$400 million (approximately US$51 million) global offering and listing of Shanghai Zhida Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“Zhida Technology”) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (2650.HKEX).

Zhida Technology is an EV home charging solution provider.

Founding partner and chair of Greater China Raymond Li and corporate partners Peter Cheng and Steven Hsu led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Jessica Lam and Linfei Li, legal managers Zhen Zhong, Nora Peng and Grace Zhao.
