Paul Hastings Advises Fortior Tech on Its Hong Kong IPO and Global Offering

Paul Hastings (Hong Kong) LLP advised Fortior Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. on its HK$2.2 billion (approximately US$289 million) global offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (1304.HKEX). Paul Hastings also assisted Fortior Tech in drafting the prospectus for its global offering and listing.
Fortior Tech is an integrated circuit (IC) design company focused on brushless direct current (BLDC) motor control ICs and is also listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (688279.SHA).
China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited acted as the sole sponsor.
Founding partner and chair of Greater China Raymond Li and corporate partners Steven Hsu and Crystal Liu led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Alex Feng, Wei You and Stefan Chan, legal managers Jin Cha, Lynn Liao and Zhen Zhong and paralegal Jane Yin. Litigation partner Phoebe Yan and associates Fengzhen Yu and Zhenyu Ma provided assistance on U.S. export control, outbound investment security program and tariff matters.
Paul Hastings has advised on the successful A+H share listings of Mainland China-listed companies recently, including Lens Technology (6613.HKEX), which was listed on the same day, and Haitian (3288.HKEX), which was listed on June 19, 2025.
Paul Hastings has also advised on numerous significant IPOs in technology-related industries in recent years, including Unisound (AI solution provider), MetaLight (real-time bus information platform service provider), Chenqi Technology (mobility service company), Autostreets (used vehicle transaction service provider) and Beisen (cloud-based human capital management solutions company).
