Paul Hastings Advises MUFG Bank on Senior Debt Financing of Nebius’ Behind-the-Meter Power Project

Paul Hastings LLP advised MUFG Bank Ltd. as lead arranger and administrative agent on the senior debt financing of a distributed generation fuel cell system from Bloom Energy (NYSE: BE), which will provide dedicated behind-the-meter power to an AI data center operated by Nebius Group N.V. (Nasdaq: NBIS). The power project is being developed by Industrial Development Funding, an infrastructure credit platform focused on the energy, industrial, transportation and digital infrastructure sectors.
