Paul Hastings Advises BTG Pactual in Méliuz’s Follow-On Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised BTG Pactual as global coordinator and placement agent in Méliuz S.A.’s R$180.08 million (US$32.39 million) follow-on offering of 25,506,803 common shares. The offering is intended to raise funds for Méliuz’s purchase of bitcoin.
