Paul Hastings Advises the Initial Purchasers in Lineage’s $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities and Wells Fargo Securities as representatives of the initial purchasers in an offering of $500 million of senior notes due 2030 by Lineage OP, LP, which is a subsidiary of Lineage, Inc., the world's largest temperature-controlled warehouse real estate investment trust.

Partners Scott Chase and Marc Lashbrook led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Jeff Ramsay and Chris Mangin and associates Kimberly McKenzie, Celia Scherman, Kelsey Massey, Travis King and Monica Han.
