InterGen's Acquisition of TransAlta's Power Assets in Mexico is Awarded Project Finance Magazine's 'Latin American Power Deal of the Year 2008'

The deal was selected based on its complexity and importance in the region.

The Paul Hastings Global Projects Group represented InterGen on its acquisiton of the Chihuahua and Campeche independent power projects from TransAlta.
