Raise Investissement Acquires a Minority Stake in SITES

February 21, 2022

Paris – Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised RAISE Investissement on its acquisition of a minority stake in the capital of the SITES group, a structural health monitoring pioneer and a specialist engineering company dedicated to infrastructure performance and service life.

This transaction will allow RAISE Investissement to become a minority shareholder of the SITES group, alongside the management. The Fonds France Nucléaire (FFN) managed by Siparex is also participating in the project. This transaction is part of the reorganization of the SITES group's capital and the exit of Bpifrance, which has supported the group's growth since 2015 through the Fonds de Développement des Entreprises Nucléaires (FDEN).

Paul Hastings' team on this transaction was led by Sébastien Crépy (partner), Jordan Jablonka and Lorraine Dorval (associates) on the corporate and contractual aspects, Allard de Waal (partner) and Capucine Chareton (associate) on the tax aspects, as well as Stéphane Henry (partner) and Alexandre Ruiz (associate) on the employment law aspects.
