Overview

Tom McKay is a partner in the Financial Restructuring Group at Paul Hastings and is based in the London office.

Tom’s practice covers restructuring, insolvency and special situation matters across the spectrum, with particular focus on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border restructurings. He has acted on a number of market-leading transactions across a range of sectors (including real estate, healthcare, construction and energy) and has significant experience advising stakeholders on stressed and distressed debt, preferred equity and hybrid investments, in and out-of-court restructurings, insolvency procedures, capital solutions and liability management exercises.
