Overview

Stefan Mrozinski is a corporate partner based in Abu Dhabi, advising on strategic investments, M&A and joint ventures across the Middle East and internationally.

He counsels sovereign wealth funds and other sovereign-linked investors, government-related entities, strategic investors and private capital across the energy, power and renewables, infrastructure, digital infrastructure, real estate, technology, healthcare and financial services sectors.

Stefan regularly advises on inbound transactions into the UAE and wider GCC, transactions within the region and outbound investments by Middle Eastern clients into international markets. His experience includes acquisitions and disposals, minority and majority investments, platform investments, strategic joint ventures, capital recycling transactions and complex shareholder arrangements, particularly in relation to data centres and AI infrastructure, power, oil and gas, telecommunications and other critical infrastructure. After spending several years in the Corporate/M&A team of a leading international law firm in London, he has been based full-time in the UAE for well over a decade and therefore has extensive experience navigating UAE legal and regulatory frameworks.

Ranked Band 1 in consecutive editions of Chambers and recognized as a Leading Partner and Next Generation Partner in multiple editions of Legal 500, Stefan is also highlighted in IFLR1000 as a “notable practitioner” for M&A. He was listed in Law Middle East’s 2026 M&A List as one of the 15 leading dealmakers in the Middle East.
