Overview
Milica Antić is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition Department in Paris.
She represents clients in merger control, foreign direct investment (FDI) and foreign subsidies regulation (FSR) matters before the French Competition Authority, the European Commission, and also on coordination of multi-jurisdictional matters. She also advises on public enforcement cases (cartels, abuses of dominance), as well as private enforcement cases before French courts. Her expertise spans various sectors, including aerospace, technology, software, retail, and a wide range of service industries.
Milica also teaches French competition law to students at the Université Catholique de Lille.
