Overview
Michael Nathin is of counsel in the Tax Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.
Michael’s practice focuses on the taxation of structured financing and asset securitization transactions, complex financing transactions, U.S. and foreign securities offerings, and financial products and derivatives.
Michael is a certified public accountant who received his law degree (cum laude) from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an inaugural Business Law Scholar, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (highest distinction) from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
