Meg Dennard is an attorney in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington DC office. Her practice focuses on securities and capital markets and corporate governance matters. Ms. Dennard's experience includes representing public and private companies and financial institutions in a range of corporate matters, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, strategic transactions, securities law compliance and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Dennard was a securities and capital markets associate with an international law firm in New York City and Washington DC. Ms. Dennard received her J.D. (cum laude) from Tulane University Law School, where she served as a managing editor of the Tulane Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tulane University. She is admitted to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia.
