
Overview
Maggie DePoy is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's Chicago office. Her practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, government investigations, futures and derivatives enforcement, and other general litigation matters.
Maggie has represented clients in a variety of high-stakes litigation and enforcement matters. She has conducted internal investigations and defended clients who are subjects of DOJ, CFTC, CME, and other regulatory enforcement actions. Maggie has also handled a variety of complex litigation matters, including commercial business disputes and financial services litigation.
Maggie graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was Student Articles Editor of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Thomas Durkin of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Before law school, Maggie spent seven years as a teacher in New Orleans and Chicago.
