Overview
Davis Woodruff is an associate in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice includes employment litigation in matters involving alleged discrimination and harassment, protected activity and retaliation, employee mobility and trade secrets, and worker classification. He has defended employers against individual and collective claims and has obtained favorable verdicts in court, including on appeal, and in private arbitration. Davis has experience with government and workplace investigations, reductions in force, employment contracts, and general employment counseling and analysis. He also has several years of experience working in career development at Yale Law School.
