
Overview
Christopher G. Cho is an associate in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office. Christopher represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. His practice also focuses on employee mobility matters and investigations.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Christopher served as a judicial extern to the Honorable John F. Murphy of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Christopher earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2024. During law school, he served as an editor for the Journal of Business Law and was awarded a Wharton Certificate in Management. Christopher earned his B.A. in Government from Cornell University in 2018, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and graduated cum laude. He is admitted to practice law in California.
