Overview
Chelsea Desruisseaux is an associate in the Employment Law Department and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice includes all aspects of employment law, including single plaintiff and class or collective actions, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, advice and counseling, pay equity, and wage and hour matters.
Ms. Desruisseaux received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2023 and her Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Binghamton University in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, she worked on matters involving criminal wrongful convictions, immigration, and LGBTQ-related issues. Ms. Desruisseaux is admitted to practice law in New York.
