
Overview
Bernardo Kahl is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the São Paulo office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, cross-border investments, private equity and general corporate matters.
Bernardo has advised issuers, underwriters, and investors on a broad range of public and private offerings, with a focus on Brazil and Latin America. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Bernardo served as in-house counsel at major American investment banks in Brazil, where he supported investment banking, global capital markets and trading divisions across Latin America. Bernardo also previously practiced at a leading Brazilian law firm.
