Overview

Adam Winer is of counsel in the firm's Emerging Growth Company practice and is based in the New York office.

Adam focuses on the representation of venture capital funds and emerging growth companies. He counsels clients in connection with capital raising transactions, including venture capital and growth equity financings. He also enjoys helping clients to design and execute significant transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, stockholder liquidity transactions, joint ventures, spinoffs, licensing transactions and reorganizations. Adam also supports emerging growth company clients with respect to general corporate matters. 

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Adam practiced in the New York office of another international law firm, where he advised on a wide range of complex corporate transactions.

Adam received his law degree from the New York University School of Law in 2018, where he served as a notes editor for the New York University Law Review. He received his B.A., First Class Honors, in Philosophy from McGill University in 2013.
