Symphony Technology Group Makes Majority Investment in CaseWorthy

Palo Alto – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Symphony Technology Group in its majority investment in CaseWorthy, a leading provider of case management software.

CaseWorthy has more than 150 clients in the Health and Human Service industry spanning verticals that include employment, homeless management, education, victims services, health and human service agencies, and children and family services. 

Private Equity Partner Alex S. Kaufman led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associate Jenna Barba.
