Symphony Technology Group Acquires eProductivity Software

San Francisco – Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, represented Symphony Technology Group, a private equity firm specializing in partnering with market leading companies in data, software, and analytics, in the acquisition of eProductivity Software (“EPS”), the Productivity Software Business of Electronics for Imaging, Inc.

With more than 4,000 mid-market and enterprise customers globally, across all key verticals within packaging and print, EPS is a leading global provider of ERP and business and production software technology for the packaging and print industries.

The Paul Hastings team was led by Private Equity Partner Dana Kromm, and included associates Elena Burns, Nicole Horita, and Jonathan Cardenas.
