Paul Hastings Named ALB China Employer of Choice for Seven Consecutive Years

Beijing and Shanghai - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the Firm has been recognized for the seventh consecutive year as one of the top law firm employers in mainland China by Asian Legal Business (“ALB”).

As a leading legal publisher under Thomson Reuters, ALB provides industry peers with the latest market updates and rankings of law firms. Its annual Employer of Choice survey not only spotlights the outstanding firms when it comes to taking care of people, but also shows the best practices when it comes to people strategies. The firms were selected on the basis of the feedback received from the employees in a survey conducted by the publication, in which over 3400 lawyers and support staff participated this year. The survey looked for their thoughts on the overall satisfaction, remuneration, mentorship, firm management, firm culture and talent retention, amongst other things.

In addition, Paul Hastings was also named as Employer of Choice in Hong Kong by ALB this year.
