This special supplement showcases the largest and most significant verdicts and appellate reversals in California in 2021.

This matter was a true bet-the-company case for the client, as a result of the victory in this case, the company is now able to continue scaling up quickly as the first global private retail bank to attract Indian nationals and the Indian diaspora to banking in the regulated US financial system.

On top of securing a dissolution of the permanent injunction and remanding this case to arbitration, the team was later successful in securing a $467,000 attorney’s fee award.
