Paul Hastings Advises XTEND on Its Public Listing and $110 Million Financing in Connection With Its $1.5 Billion Business Combination With JFB Construction

Paul Hastings LLP advised the physical AI company XTEND in connection with its public listing, $1.5 billion business combination with JFB Construction Holdings (Nasdaq: JFB) and the related $110 million financing. Upon closing, the combined company was renamed XTEND AI Robotics Inc. (NYSE: XTND).
