Paul Hastings Advises Vine Hill Capital Investment on $1.2 Billion Business Combination With CoinShares

Paul Hastings LLP advised Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: VCIC) on a business combination agreement with CoinShares International Limited (Nasdaq Stockholm: CS; USOTCQX: CNSRF), the leading European asset manager specializing in digital assets with approximately $10 billion in assets under management, which will result in CoinShares becoming publicly traded on the Nasdaq stock market in the United States.
The transaction values CoinShares at $1.2 billion pre-money on a pro forma basis, positioning it as one of the largest publicly traded pure-play digital asset managers globally.
Securities and Capital Markets partner Jonathan Ko led the Paul Hastings team, which included M&A partners Andrew Goodman and Joseph Swanson.
