Paul Hastings Advises the Initial Purchasers on QTS Data Centers’ $4.6 Billion Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised J.P. Morgan Securities, SMBC Nikko Securities America, Goldman Sachs & Co., Wells Fargo Securities and the other initial purchasers in connection with the offering of $4.6 billion of 5.700% senior secured notes due 2036 by QTS Fayetteville I DC1-2 and QTS TRS Fayetteville I DCI-2, indirect subsidiaries of Blackstone portfolio company QualityTech. This transaction is the first non-recourse single asset project bond by a data center project company in the Rule 144A/Regulation S market.
