Paul Hastings Advises STG Partners in Its Definitive Agreement to Acquire Movable Ink

Paul Hastings LLP is advising STG Partners, LLC, a U.S.-based private equity firm focused on software and software-enabled tech services companies, in signing a definitive agreement to acquire the AI-powered personalized content platform Movable, Inc. (Moveable Ink). The transaction is expected to close in July 2025.
