Paul Hastings LLP advised Piper Sandler, BTIG and Brookline Capital Markets as underwriters in a public offering by Outlook Therapeutics (Nasdaq: OTLK) of 55,555,556 shares of its common stock and accompanying warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 55,555,556 shares of its common stock at a price of $0.99 per share and accompanying warrant.
