Paul Hastings Advises Pantheon on Its $5.2 Billion Third Senior Credit Secondaries Program

Paul Hastings LLP advised Pantheon, a leading global private markets investor with $70.8 billion in assets under management, on the formation of Pantheon Senior Debt III, which closed oversubscribed with a total of $5.2 billion raised across closed-end comingled funds, evergreen and rated insurance vehicles, and separately managed accounts. Pantheon’s third senior credit secondaries program targets portfolios of senior secured, floating rate, primarily sponsor-backed investments across LP interests and GP solutions opportunities.
