Paul Hastings Advises on Nearly $1.1 Billion Manzanillo LNG-to-Power Project Financing and Joint Venture

Paul Hastings LLP advised the sponsors and borrower on the approximately $1,067,497,266 project financing and joint venture for the Manzanillo LNG-to-power project in the Dominican Republic. The project comprises the design, development, build-out, operation and maintenance of two high-efficiency natural gas power blocks as well as an LNG marine terminal, jetty, floating storage and regasification unit, and high-voltage transmission lines. Such representation also included negotiating the shareholders agreement and related equity commitment arrangements among the sponsors.
