Paul Hastings Advises on eircom’s High-Yield Bond Offering and New TLB Facility

Paul Hastings LLP advised a syndicate of initial purchasers led by Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, including Goldman Sachs International, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Société Générale, in connection with the successful offering of €550 million aggregate principal amount of 5.00% senior secured notes due 2031 by eircom Finance DAC and €600 million aggregate principal amount of a new Term Loan B5 facility by eircom Finco S.a.r.l. eir is the principal provider of fixed-line and mobile telecommunications services in Ireland.
