Paul Hastings Advises Madison Air Solutions on Its $5.4 Billion Acquisition of ebm-papst

Paul Hastings LLP advised Madison Air Solutions Corporation (NYSE: MAIR), a global provider of air quality solutions, as U.S. counsel on its definitive agreement to acquire ebm-papst, a leading global supplier of high-performance airflow technology and a pioneer in integrated electronically commutated fan and motor systems, at an enterprise purchase price of $5.4 billion.
Private Equity co-chair Brian Richards led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partner Jim Smulkowski and associate Megan Craig.
