Paul Hastings Advises Lenders on the Refinancing of Rydge Conseil for the Acquisition of Apsys Business Partner

Paul Hastings LLP advised the lenders in connection with the provision of an additional unitranche debt facility to refinance the acquisition price paid by Rydge Conseil in its purchase of Apsys Business Partner, a systems integrator specializing in management and finance solutions.

The acquisition is part of Rydge Conseil’s strategy to strengthen the offering aimed at SMEs and mid-sized companies, which are facing increasingly pressing digital transformation challenges.

Global Finance partners Olivier Vermeulen and Tereza Courmont Vlkova led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Nicolas Fittante and Juliette Dubois.
