Paul Hastings Advises Kayne Anderson Real Estate on $5.12 Billion Opportunistic Equity Fund

Paul Hastings LLP advised leading real estate investment firm Kayne Anderson Real Estate on the formation of its largest opportunistic equity fund to date, Kayne Anderson Real Estate Partners VII, L.P., which exceeded its initial $3 billion target and closed with $5.12 billion in capital commitments.
