Paul Hastings Advises ITT in Acquisition of SPX FLOW for $4.7 Billion

Paul Hastings LLP advised ITT Inc. (NYSE: ITT), a leading provider of highly engineered critical components and manufacturer of innovative technologies, in a definitive agreement to acquire SPX FLOW, a top provider of highly engineered equipment and process technologies, for $4.775 billion in cash and equity.
