Paul Hastings Advises Initial Purchasers in Innovative Industrial Properties’ Upsized $402.5 Million Exchangeable Senior Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised the initial purchasers in connection with the upsized $402.5 million private offering of 6.0% exchangeable senior notes due 2029 by Innovative Industrial Properties Inc. (NYSE: IIPR). The offering, including the full exercise of the option to purchase additional notes, closed on June 15, 2026.
