Paul Hastings Advises Fusion Capital Partners on Its Acquisition of Pioneer Power Group

Paul Hastings LLP advised Fusion Capital Partners, a private investment firm specializing in control buyouts of lower middle-market industrial companies, on its acquisition of Pioneer Power Group, a U.S. electrical power systems study company.
