Paul Hastings Advises Financing Sources in Long Lake’s $6.3 Billion Acquisition of Amex GBT

Paul Hastings LLP is representing the financing sources for General Catalyst-backed Long Lake Management on its $6.3 billion acquisition of American Express Global Business Travel, a leading software and services company for travel, expense, and meetings and events. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
