Paul Hastings Advises Eurazeo and Ekoscan Integrity Group on Nucleom Investment

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised French private equity and investment firm Eurazeo and Ekoscan Integrity Group (EIG), an innovative global provider of advanced non-destructive testing solutions for critical industrial applications and infrastructure, on their strategic investment in Nucleom, a leading Canadian player in non-destructive testing and inspection system integration. Advised by Paul Hastings, Eurazeo became a major investor in EIG earlier this year and supports the company’s international development, including organic growth and potential acquisitions.

Private Equity partner Charles Cardon led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Moussa Mbodji, Amaury Steinlin and Bertrand Sabathier.
