Paul Hastings Advises Create Music Group in Nettwerk Music Group’s Over $300 Million Management Buyout

Paul Hastings LLP advised Create Music Group in connection with Nettwerk Music Group’s management buyout from its existing investors. Under the agreement, Create Capital will invest over $300 million in Nettwerk at closing and thereafter provide access to follow-on capital, company infrastructure, global distribution and label services. The transaction will increase Nettwerk management’s ownership stake while Nettwerk continues to operate as an independent, Canadian music company, with its leadership team continuing to manage day-to-day operations.
