Paul Hastings Advises Citigroup and the Other Initial Purchasers in Blackstone Mortgage Trust’s $450 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised Citigroup as representative of the initial purchasers in a private offering of $450 million of senior secured notes due 2031 by Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc., a real estate finance company that originates senior loans collateralized by commercial real estate in North America, Europe and Australia, and is externally managed by a subsidiary of Blackstone.
The Paul Hastings team previously represented the underwriters and initial purchasers in multiple public and private offerings for Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.
Partners Yariv Katz and David Barash led the Paul Hastings team, which also included of counsel Shai Marshall and Hana Nah and associates Matthew Schob, Emily Entwistle, Jiajun Lu and Dylan Kornfeld.
