Paul Hastings Advises CITIC Securities, Merrill Lynch and Other Underwriters in Lens Technology’s US$611 Million Hong Kong IPO and Global Offering

Paul Hastings (Hong Kong) LLP advised CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited as the sole sponsor, CLSA Limited as the sponsor-overall coordinator, CLSA Limited and Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Limited as the overall coordinators, joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers, and other underwriters on the US$611 million global offering and listing of Lens Technology Co., Ltd. on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (6613.HKEX). The listing was completed within 100 days after the application submission on March 31, 2025.

Lens Technology, an integrated one-stop precision manufacturing solution provider focusing on technological innovation and smart manufacturing, is also listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (300433.SZ).

Founding partner and chair of Greater China Raymond Li and corporate partners Chaobo Fan, Steven Hsu and Crystal Liu led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Shani Chan, Jessica Lam, Iris Li and Linfei Li, legal manager Grace Ma, Lynn Liao, Alisa Zhang and Zhen Zhong and paralegal Sunny Han and Jane Yin.
