Paul Hastings Advises Book-Running Managers in nLIGHT’s $175 Million Offering of Common Stock

Paul Hastings LLP advised Stifel, Baird, William Blair and Raymond James as joint lead book-running managers in nLIGHT’s (Nasdaq: LASR) $175 million underwritten public offering of 3,977,273 shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on Feb. 5, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
