Paul Hastings Advises BNP Paribas in Liberty Media Corporation’s Acquisition of MotoGP

Paul Hastings LLP represented BNP Paribas and other arrangers on financing aspects and incremental facilities in connection with Liberty Media’s acquisition of Dorna Sports, the exclusive commercial rights holder of MotoGP World Championship. Following the transaction close, Liberty Media’s Formula One Group (Nasdaq: FWONA, FWONK, LLYVA, LLYVK) is composed of its subsidiaries, Formula 1, MotoGP, Quint and other minority investments.
