Paul Hastings Advises Bertin Technologies in Sale of Bertin Medical Waste to Ecosteryl

Paul Hastings LLP advised Bertin Technologies Group on the sale of its medical waste treatment business, Bertin Medical Waste, to Ecosteryl.

This acquisition brings together two complementary players in the market: Bertin Medical Waste, recognized for its compact in situ solutions for hospitals and clinics, and Ecosteryl, a leader in high-capacity industrial solutions. Together, they now form a Franco-Belgian center covering the entire global market.
