Paul Hastings Advises Banque des Territoires on Sale of Wind Portfolio to Octopus Energy

Paul Hastings LLP advised Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts) on the sale of TramuntanaCo to Octopus Energy Generation.

TramuntanaCo holds a 49.9% stake in a portfolio of four onshore wind farms located in the Hauts-de-France (27.6 MW), Normandy (33.5 MW), Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (32.0 MW) and Grand Est (14.0 MW) regions of France.
