Paul Hastings LLP advised Goldman Sachs & Co., financial advisor to SAP SE, in its $1.5 billion take-private acquisition of WalkMe Ltd., an American multinational software-as-a-service company headquartered in San Francisco, California that provides digital adoption solutions to simplify software use.
