Paul Hastings Advised CICC and Other Underwriters in Mao Geping Cosmetics Co., Ltd.’s Hong Kong IPO and Global Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited (“CICC”), the sole sponsor, the sole overall coordinator, the joint global coordinators, the joint bookrunners and the joint lead managers, and other underwriters on the global offering and listing of Mao Geping Cosmetics Co., Ltd. on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

CICC, China Galaxy International Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited, Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, and CCB International Capital Limited acted as the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers. ABCI Capital Limited and CMBC Securities Company Limited acted as the joint bookrunners. Tiger Brokers (HK) Global Limited, Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited, and Livermore Holdings Limited acted as the joint lead managers.

Mao Geping Cosmetics is a leading Chinese premium beauty group founded in 2000 by a renowned makeup artist in China’s beauty industry, Mr. MAO Geping.
